How many times a day do you hear to just trust?

Are you actually trusting in what’s happening for you?

Or, are you questioning everything asking why it’s not better or like this or like that?

What if you actually trusted that what’s happening in your life is what you’re calling in? That it’s happening for your good and that you’re provided for and taken care of.

If you can let go of what it ‘should’ be like right now or how that ‘should’ have gone of course you’ll have what you want.
Letting go of what isn’t exactly right or how you want it is the first step in getting more of what you do want.

Want to lose weight? Let go of all the negative BS you tell yourself every day. When you look in the mirror. When you put on that shirt or those pants or the sexy lingerie you’ll ‘never’ be able to fit in.

Want to eat in a way that makes you feel freaking awesome and ready to take on the world? Then quit judging everything you put in your mouth. Let go of ‘this is bad and this is good’ thoughts. Let go of what you wish was different.

Want to be happier in your relationships with others? With yourself? Let go of the stories you keep spinning. Own what you actually want and tell yourself and others the truth. People can’t read your mind and if you’re constantly putting out you want something you don’t then of course you’ll get more of what you don’t want.

Trust that you know what’s best for you.
Trust that you don’t have to do it on your own for it to be done right.
Trust that you are capable of letting go. Capable of change. Capable of having what you want.
Trust that you are worthy of having it all. It doesn’t have to be either or anymore.
Trust yourself.
